This coffee perfectly demonstrates why the finest Kenyan beans are so highly prized. The sensory profile is dominated by notes of blackcurrant, juicy pomegranate, and fresh lime. The intensity of the fruit combines with a pleasant sweetness, leaving a long, elegant finish. The beans come from the Kirinyaga region, located at the foot of Mount Kenya, where fertile volcanic soils and a favorable microclimate support the cultivation of exceptional quality coffees. It is a composition of SL28, SL34, and Batian botanical varieties – valued for their flavor complexity, high quality, and characteristic, lively profile.
