The Red Catuai variety—a cross between Mundo Novo and Caturra—also plays its part. In the cup, it delivers a clean, well-balanced profile with a delicate sweetness and a light, pleasant acidity that beautifully boosts the fruity character of the fermentation.

It looks like our fancy Brazilian coffee went down well, so here is another one! It is still heavy, sweet, and with a distinct touch of fermentation, but this time it's a bit more fruity. You can expect light citrus notes, plums, berries, and the sweetness of maple syrup. Cheers!
