Magnetic Burr Holder

The burr holder in the Jay is magnetically attached, allowing for quick removal and easy cleaning. This also helps protect the grinder from damage caused by foreign objects, such as stones—if something enters the chamber, the burrs detach instead of cracking. Since the burrs are mounted from the rear, the cutting surface remains uninterrupted, enabling even greater grinding precision.

The hopper automatically closes when removed—preventing accidental bean spills. Simply twist the entire hopper to close the chute before taking it off.
