What is the milk frother suction nozzle

The suction nozzle is a small plastic or metal part of the milk frother through which air is drawn in and mixed with milk and steam during milk foam preparation. It is the ratio of air to milk that determines how thick and smooth the resulting foam will be.

• The foam is thin, unstable or does not form at all
