What is the thermoblock mounting bracket

The mounting bracket holds the thermoblock firmly in place within the coffee machine's structure and often also serves as a holder for the temperature sensor or thermal fuse. Thanks to it, the thermoblock does not vibrate or shift, and its hoses and electrical contacts stay in the correct position.

Typical signs of wear

If the bracket cracks, deforms, or loosens, the thermoblock may shift slightly. This can show up as leaking connections, water or steam escaping, unusual noise during heating, or a temperature-related error message if contact with the sensor is disrupted. In extreme cases, it can even cause a break in the electrical circuit.
