What is a decorative cover

The decorative cover is an outer aesthetic and protective panel that covers the functional parts of the coffee machine, such as the water tank, side wall or another structural element. Its role is to protect internal components from dust, moisture and mechanical damage, while also completing the appliance's appearance.

How to spot wear

Over time, the cover can crack, lose its colour, come loose from its mounting, or become scratched and chipped at the edges. A loose or damaged cover can allow moisture or dirt to reach the internal parts of the coffee machine, or it may fit poorly and produce unwanted noises when handled.

When it's time for a replacement

A damaged or cracked cover no longer performs its protective function reliably and can lead to further problems, such as water or dust reaching sensitive components. Timely replacement keeps the appliance in good condition and prevents more serious damage.
