What is a silicone textile hose

This is a hose reinforced with a textile braid that carries water or steam inside the coffee machine between the tank, pump, heater and outlet parts. The textile reinforcement gives it strength and pressure resistance, while the silicone provides flexibility and heat resistance.

Signs of wear

As the material ages, the hose loses flexibility, may crack, soften, or develop surface cracks.
