What is a cup tray

The cup tray, sometimes called a cup rest or cup holder, is a component of the coffee machine located above the drip tray or on the top of the machine. It is used to hold and preheat cups before brewing coffee, helping the drink stay warm longer after pouring.

When the part stops doing its job
