High-quality 100% Arabica coffee from India, grown in the regions of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. This coffee is processed with the traditional “Monsooning” method: after harvest it is exposed to monsoon rains for 5 days and then dried by monsoon winds for 7 weeks. This unique process gives the coffee its distinctive smooth, spicy profile with almost no acidity and a full, rounded body.
