What is a gearbox or main drive kit

How to spot wear

Worn or damaged gears show themselves through unusual noise, squeaking or knocking during operation, jerky or irregular movement of the mechanism, or a complete failure of the function that the gear controls. Over time, teeth may also start to skip or the gear may become completely jammed.
