Professional coffee maker with automatic milk system, designed for medium duty operation. Hourly output is up to 70 servings of espresso or 50 servings of cappuccino, with a recommended daily output of 100 servings.

The interface offers 20 preset recipes with the ability to adjust pre-steaming, milk quantity, water, temperature and step order. The capacitor with manual rotary mechanism allows precise adjustment of the steam/milk ratio.

Patented extraction system automatically adjusts pressure according to the type of beverage for ideal taste. The new-generation ceramic coffee grinder ensures an even grind, with resistance up to 500 kg of coffee beans.

The coffee maker can be plugged into the water supply, but also has an 8-litre water tank. The unit is compatible with payment MDB systems.
