What is the ground coffee funnel

The ground coffee funnel is a plastic insert that guides a dose of ground coffee from the hopper directly into the brewing or frothing chamber of the coffee machine. It is used when you want to prepare coffee from pre-ground coffee instead of beans from the grinder, or when preparing decaffeinated coffee.

When the part stops doing its job
