The coffee grinder is only suitable for the Jura models listed below and is supplied with a rubber bearing. The grinding units have been set up at the factory and are therefore ready for immediate use. As the coffee grinders are ground, there is always coffee powder residue on them. We would therefore like to expressly point out that this spare part is a new item supplied by the manufacturer.
If your Jura coffee machine makes coffee with a bad taste – too bitter, sour, or weak – the cause is almost always a worn grinder. Dull or damaged burrs cannot grind beans properly, which directly affects extraction and the taste of every cup.
The problem usually develops gradually – first a subtle change in taste, then increasingly noticeable. A worn grinder produces uneven grounds – some particles too coarse, others too fine, causing over-extraction or under-extraction.
The solution is to replace the burrs or the entire grinder. After replacement, your Jura coffee machine will again produce coffee with full, balanced taste like new.
