Returns

Thank you for choosing our products! However, if you need to return something, we will be happy to help you. Below you will find all the information on the return process.

Return Policy

1. Return Policy: Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Method: We currently only accept returns via Packeta. Your Packeta Return Shipment Code will be used to return the item.

Return Procedure via Packeta

If you need to return an item, please follow the procedure below to make the process quick and hassle-free.

1. Check the return policy

First, make sure that your item meets the return policy:

• The goods are unused and undamaged.
• It is in its original packaging, with all original labels and accessories.
• Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery.

2. Prepare the package

Pack the goods in strong and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Make sure that the contents of the package are complete and that nothing is missing.

• If possible, use the original packaging.
• Attach proof of purchase or a printed purchase order so that we can identify your return request.

3. Visit your nearest Packet outlet

1. Find your nearest Packeta dispensing point via Packeta.sk or using the Packeta mobile app.
2. Pick up the package and take it to the Packeta dispensing point of your choice.

4. Use Packeta Return Shipment code

When you drop off your package at a Packeta drop-off point, tell the staff member that you want to use the Packeta Return Shipment Code that we provide for returns.

5. Wait for return processing

• After the package is dropped off, the goods will be sent back to us.
• Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will notify you by email of the status of your return request.
• If the return meets all conditions, we will refund your payment to the account you originally paid from within 14 days of processing the return.

Important Note: We accept merchandise exclusively through Packet. If you send us a return by any other method (such as post), we cannot accept these goods. Returns made via any other service will be considered invalid.
