Sanremo You Espresso Machine

Sanremo YOU is a compact, high-performance espresso machine designed as a true coffee laboratory. It offers full control over extraction, profile storage and the ability to enhance the aroma of any coffee. With a multiboiler system, electronic pressure and temperature stability and professional-grade components, it ranks among the most advanced home and prosumer machines.

YOU includes six preset extraction profiles and twelve fully customizable profiles, allowing you to adjust all three extraction phases or completely disable pre-infusion and post-infusion. Manual profiling can be set directly through the paddle system.

Both boilers are made from AISI 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and consistent performance. Pressure and temperature remain stable even during prolonged use. YOU is available in three configurations: tank, direct plumbing or a combined version.

The new 70 l volumetric pump enables precise flow profiling. Additional features include two ECO modes, ergonomic levers for steam and water and Cold Touch wands for safe operation.
