ABOUT THE COFFEE

The beans come from Brazilian farmers in the Minas Gerais region. The harvest there undergoes natural processing, which brings out even more sweetness from the coffee, as you can also experience in our Heavy. Depending on the brewing method, you can get a brew with varying degrees of acidity from Funky Bean, or even completely lacking it – in which case you will extract pure sweetness and bitterness from the beans. Regardless of the chosen method, the coffee turns out very distinct and sweet. Fantastic to drink black and with even a large amount of milk.
