The Sanremo CUBE R is a compact espresso machine designed to deliver high-level performance in a minimal form. Although the smallest model in the Sanremo lineup, it incorporates professional technology, a stainless steel HX boiler, and an E61 group, resulting in consistent extraction and reliable steam power.

The machine features a 1.9 L stainless steel heat-exchanger boiler, a high-performance rotary pump, and dual water supply options using either the internal reservoir or a direct water line. Thermal control is handled through an SSR system with a PID algorithm to ensure stability and reactivity.

WiFi connectivity allows full remote management using the CUBE app, offering temperature adjustments, remote on/off, extraction statistics, water level monitoring, and weekly scheduling.
