Saeco Phedra EVO Espresso

SAECO PHEDRA EVO Cappuccino is a semi-automatic, "countertop", beverage machine, the successor of SAECO PHEDRA Espresso, which can prepare up to 8 different drinks, including dairy drinks from fresh milk, also instant tea, or chocolate, similar to what you know from larger vending machines.

The coffee maker can either be connected to the water supply, or you can hide a flask of blended water somewhere behind it if connecting to the water circuit is not a technical solution.

It is also possible to connect a coin pot.

Design-wise, it is a very attractive unit ideal for smaller spaces, offices and smaller HoReCa establishments.

Main advantages of the SAECO Phedra EVO Cappuccino:

• Professional components (brewing unit, coffee grinder, boiler)
  Customizable labels for individual beverages
  Circuit board allowing customization of recipes, use of the main payment systems (MDB, BDV, Executive) and recording of statistical data using the EVA-DTS protocol
• The machine can easily prepare up to 100 drinks per day. Of course, the important thing is sufficient maintenance and the right suitable treated water for the machine (descaled), i.e. to ensure filtration-softening of the water before connection to the water supply circuit.   For vending machines it is assumed that the daily capacity of the machine is proportional to the capacity of the dispensers. A 1000g coffee dispenser (approx. 8g per coffee ) i.e. 125 coffees. Plus instant trays according to the type of chocolate - milk powder - approx another 100 servings.
