Dr. Coffee Coffeebreak Pro Plus is an upgraded version of the Coffeebreak Plus. The new Pro variant is equipped with a solenoid valve and two pumps, which allows for electronic control of the extraction pressure and the use of both boilers at the same time. The result is more consistent extraction and faster dispensing of milkshakes.

The coffee maker can prepare up to 85 coffees per hour, with a recommended daily output of 100 servings. The interface offers 20 programmable recipes with the ability to set the pre-brew, milk, water, temperature or coffee dose. The order of steps can be adjusted as required.

The coffee maker is equipped with a manual rotary mechanism, which allows for precise adjustment of the steam-to-milk ratio. The patented steaming system varies the pressure according to the type of beverage for optimal flavor with every recipe. Precise and quiet grinding is ensured by the new-generation ceramic coffee grinder with a resistance of up to 500 kg of beans.

The coffee machine can be connected to a water line or use the integrated 2L tank. Supports MDB payment system.
