What is the milk system cleaning container

This is an auxiliary container that collects residual milk and cleaning solution from the milk frother during an automatic or manual cleaning cycle. It catches liquid that would otherwise drip onto the coffee machine or worktop, and allows the entire cleaning program to complete safely.

Signs of wear or damage

If the container is cracked, leaking, or does not sit exactly in place, cleaning solution and milk residue leak out of the container. The coffee machine may report an interrupted cleaning cycle error, or may not start the cycle at all because it cannot detect a properly fitted container.
