What is Puly Caff cleaner

This is a special cleaning agent designed for regular cleaning of coffee machines, especially brewing units, shower heads and portafilters. It is used for the so-called backflushing method, where the agent is delivered directly to the places through which hot water and coffee oils flow.

Why cleaning matters

Coffee oils and micro particles settle in the brewing unit and filter baskets during coffee preparation. If not removed regularly, they cause a yellowish coating, deteriorated taste and aroma of the coffee, and possibly even an unpleasant smell. Clogged parts of the coffee machine can also lead to slower water flow or uneven extraction.
