INSTRUCTIONS:


In an automatic / commercial espresso machine

  • Put a tablet/scoop into the dedicated opening (chute) in the upper part of the machine.
  • Start the appropriate cleaning program or follow the device manufacturer's recommendations.

In a manual / portafilter espresso machine

  • Place the tablet directly in the portafilter.
  • Install the portafilter in the group head of the machine and start the cleaning cycle (so-called backflushing).
