What is a screw cap

A screw cap is a small plastic part that covers the screw head on the outer panel of a coffee machine, most often on the back or side of the appliance's body. Its purpose is to give a neat finish to the assembly joint while protecting the screw from dust, moisture, and mechanical damage.
