Rocket RE Doppia (2-group) is a fully commercial espresso machine with dual boilers and fully saturated groups, a built-in shot timer, PID, and electronic pressure/temperature control. The 4.3″ TFT display simplifies operation, while USB updates and Wi-Fi programming streamline service and setup.

At its core is temperature stability: a 4 L brew boiler and 9 L steam boiler work together with saturated groups to deliver precise control and rapid steam recovery. A two-position cup platform (clearance 85 mm / Tall version 125 mm) suits different cup heights. The chassis is AISI 304 stainless steel; the boilers are AISI 316L.
