What is a coffee machine indicator light

The indicator light is a small signal LED or bulb located on the control panel of the coffee machine. It informs the user about the state of the device – for example, whether the appliance is switched on, whether heating is in progress, or whether the operating temperature has been reached. Without a functioning indicator light, the operator loses track of what stage the coffee machine is currently in.
