What is the heating coil thermal sensor
The thermal sensor is a wiring component of the coffee machine that monitors the temperature of the heating coil or thermoblock and relays this information to the control electronics. Thanks to it, the coffee machine maintains the correct water temperature needed for brewing coffee while also protecting the appliance from overheating.
Signs of wear or failure
When the sensor or related fuse stops working properly, the coffee machine may report a heating error, the water may fail to reach the required temperature, or overheating may occur instead. Sudden interruptions during brewing, flashing error messages on the display, or a complete shutdown of the heating for safety reasons are also common.
Why replace this part in time
A faulty or inaccurate sensor affects the quality and taste of the brewed coffee and, in worse cases, can damage other components of the coffee machine. Timely replacement restores reliable temperature control and prevents more extensive repairs.
How to choose the right part
Since sensors differ in shape, placement, and connection method depending on the specific coffee machine model, check compatibility in the product table before ordering.
