Encoder for Jura Automatic Coffee Machines The encoder is an electronic revolution counter and sits on the shaft of the drive motor. It counts the revolutions of the motor so that the correct position for the brew group can be determined. This spare part is simply pushed on. No particular position of the brew group needs to be observed; the machine finds it automatically after the coffee machine is switched back on. If the brew group does not move into the correct position despite an intact encoder, a fault in the electronics could also be the cause. Scope of delivery: 1x encoder as shown
