Water filter DeLonghi DLS C002

The DeLonghi DLSC002 water filter is a key maintenance component for your automatic coffee machine. If you notice that your coffee does not taste as good as before, the water has an unpleasant chlorine smell, or limescale is building up inside the machine, regular filter replacement solves these issues. This three-pack of genuine filters ensures optimal care for your coffee machine over the next six months.

When does this part need replacing? (Failure symptoms)

Filter DLSC002 must be replaced regularly, at least every two months of use or after 50–60 litres of filtered water. Neglecting filter replacement leads to the following problems:

Coffee has a strange or bitter taste, with detectable chlorine or other foreign flavours from the water
Internal parts of the coffee machine become covered with white limescale deposits, the machine prompts for descaling more frequently
Coffee machine operates more noisily, pump generates higher pressure due to water channels clogged with limescale
Reduced heater performance – water heats more slowly, brewing temperature becomes unstable
