What paper filters do

A paper filter is a consumable part that catches coffee grounds and fine particles during dripping or pressing, while letting oils and aroma pass through into the cup. Thanks to it, the resulting beverage is clean, without sediment and without the bitter residue of ground coffee at the bottom.

When it's time to replace the pack
